From 30ab1fd61569f9d7fb7410d483fa68cbf9865c37 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: David Robillard Date: Sat, 12 Aug 2006 08:20:24 +0000 Subject: Towards MIDI: - Converted vector to BufferList and numerous counts from int to ChanCount (and related changes) - Added fancy type-generic iterators to BufferList, PortIterator (see IO::collect_input for a good example of the idea - the same code will work to read all input (of various types in a single IO, eg instruments) without modification no matter how many types we add) - Fixed comparison operator bugs with ChanCount (screwed up metering among other things) - Moved peak metering into it's own object, and moved most of the pan related code out of IO to panner (still a touch more to be done here for MIDI playback) Not directly MIDI related fixes for problems in trunk: - Fixed varispeed gain/pan automation to work properly (was reading the wrong range of automation data, probably causing nasty clicks?) - Fixed crash on varispeed looping (possibly only a 64-bit problem). It still doesn't work, but at least it doesn't die Quite a few things broken, and the new classes are pretty filthy still, but I think the direction is a lot better than all my previous plans... git-svn-id: svn://localhost/ardour2/branches/midi@795 d708f5d6-7413-0410-9779-e7cbd77b26cf --- libs/ardour/SConscript | 2 + libs/ardour/ardour/audio_port.h | 2 +- libs/ardour/ardour/audio_track.h | 4 +- libs/ardour/ardour/audio_unit.h | 2 +- libs/ardour/ardour/audioengine.h | 6 +- libs/ardour/ardour/buffer.h | 57 ++- libs/ardour/ardour/buffer_set.h | 93 +++-- libs/ardour/ardour/chan_count.h | 26 +- libs/ardour/ardour/curve.h | 8 +- libs/ardour/ardour/data_type.h | 3 +- libs/ardour/ardour/declicker.h | 40 ++ libs/ardour/ardour/diskstream.h | 4 +- libs/ardour/ardour/insert.h | 22 +- libs/ardour/ardour/io.h | 94 +++-- libs/ardour/ardour/ladspa_plugin.h | 2 +- libs/ardour/ardour/meter.h | 66 ++++ libs/ardour/ardour/midi_port.h | 3 +- libs/ardour/ardour/midi_track.h | 6 +- libs/ardour/ardour/panner.h | 24 +- libs/ardour/ardour/plugin.h | 3 +- libs/ardour/ardour/port.h | 2 +- libs/ardour/ardour/port_set.h | 56 +-- libs/ardour/ardour/redirect.h | 10 +- libs/ardour/ardour/route.h | 13 +- libs/ardour/ardour/send.h | 10 +- libs/ardour/ardour/session.h | 17 +- libs/ardour/ardour/track.h | 2 +- libs/ardour/audio_diskstream.cc | 18 +- libs/ardour/audio_port.cc | 4 +- libs/ardour/audio_track.cc | 54 ++- libs/ardour/audioengine.cc | 37 +- libs/ardour/auditioner.cc | 10 +- libs/ardour/buffer.cc | 7 +- libs/ardour/buffer_set.cc | 87 +++-- libs/ardour/curve.cc | 22 +- libs/ardour/declicker.cc | 85 +++++ libs/ardour/diskstream.cc | 2 - libs/ardour/insert.cc | 73 ++-- libs/ardour/io.cc | 411 +++++---------------- libs/ardour/ladspa_plugin.cc | 15 +- libs/ardour/meter.cc | 110 ++++++ libs/ardour/midi_diskstream.cc | 4 +- libs/ardour/midi_track.cc | 13 +- libs/ardour/panner.cc | 155 +++++++- libs/ardour/port_set.cc | 20 +- libs/ardour/route.cc | 174 ++++----- libs/ardour/send.cc | 50 +-- libs/ardour/session.cc | 173 ++++----- libs/ardour/session_click.cc | 7 +- libs/ardour/session_process.cc | 12 +- libs/ardour/session_state.cc | 2 +- libs/ardour/track.cc | 4 +- libs/surfaces/control_protocol/control_protocol.cc | 4 +- 53 files changed, 1196 insertions(+), 934 deletions(-) create mode 100644 libs/ardour/ardour/declicker.h create mode 100644 libs/ardour/ardour/meter.h create mode 100644 libs/ardour/declicker.cc create mode 100644 libs/ardour/meter.cc (limited to 'libs') diff --git a/libs/ardour/SConscript b/libs/ardour/SConscript index 5367c10a7c..5ad797550e 100644 --- a/libs/ardour/SConscript +++ b/libs/ardour/SConscript @@ -41,6 +41,8 @@ midi_port.cc port_set.cc buffer.cc buffer_set.cc +declicker.cc +meter.cc audiofilesource.cc audiofilter.cc audioregion.cc diff --git a/libs/ardour/ardour/audio_port.h b/libs/ardour/ardour/audio_port.h index 1eab294028..45949dc59e 100644 --- a/libs/ardour/ardour/audio_port.h +++ b/libs/ardour/ardour/audio_port.h @@ -78,7 +78,7 @@ class AudioPort : public Port { /** Assumes that the port is an audio output port */ void silence (jack_nframes_t nframes, jack_nframes_t offset) { if (!_silent) { - _buffer.clear(offset);
