2015-10-15fix crash when creating subgroup-bus - fixes #6642Robin Gareus
the actual issues is in the connection management: bundle.cc:323: void ARDOUR::Bundle::connect(): Assertion `N == other->nchannels().n_total()' failed. That could be resolved. However, combining tracks without panners will almost never do what the user really wants, so this case has been disabled for now.

It's slightly possible that this causes trivial build failures on different configurations, but otherwise shouldn't cause any problems (i.e. no actual changes other than include/naming/namespace stuff). I deliberately avoided removing libardour-config.h since this can mysteriously break things, though a few of those do seem to be unnecessary. This commit only targets includes of ardour/*.h.
