Moved SMPTE type/functions into SMPTE namespace;
LGPL'd SMPTE code and moved in to libardour_cp; Juggled control_protocol dir layout to be the same as other libs; git-svn-id: svn://localhost/ardour2/trunk@610 d708f5d6-7413-0410-9779-e7cbd77b26cf
